Data Deletion Request
For users who signed in with Facebook
If you signed in to CoBuild Manager using Facebook and would like us to delete the data we received from your Facebook account, you can request deletion at any time. Our customer support team will process your request.
How to request deletion
Email our support team
Send a message to [email protected]. This goes straight to our customer support team, who will process your deletion request.
Email support →Use the correct subject line
Set the email subject to “Delete my Facebook data” so our team can route and prioritize it correctly.
Include identifying details
Provide your full name and the email address associated with your Facebook account so we can locate your record.
What we delete
- ✓Your Facebook ID and linked account record
- ✓The name and email address we received from Facebook
- ✓Your profile picture
- ✓Sign-in access through Facebook
You will receive a confirmation email from our support team once deletion is complete. If you ever sign in with Facebook again, a new record will be created from the data Facebook shares at that time.
